The frame works we jointly develop with our customers are a based upon truly multi tenanted solutions from multiple software vendors which provide visibility of both IT and Network Infrastructures and in two cases managing between 30 and 50 thousand network nodes, not including the IT infrastructure systems which are managed through a number of service centres across the UK.
Understanding our customers business and working model have been the key to our joint successes and it’s also through good working partnerships that delivers strategy’s and complex program's over long periods of time which have transformed our customers and has enabled them to offer new products and services to their end customers whilst gaining operational efficiencies.
