IOSS on behalf of our customers have been instrumental in delivering a number of complex multi-million pound programs and projects through the full project lifecycle i.e. from inception to operational handover.

Some examples include the design and delivery of OSS solutions and programs for Sky, Virgin Media, British Airways and program management of OSS application development for Telefonica O2. In addition to these we have also been heavily involved in the fit out of data centres, system deployments and implementing business DR and BCP objectives.XX

We are also well versed and experienced with full matrix management and managing off shore development with multiple international partners delivering into non moveable deadlines i.e. the London 2012 Olympics and Business Commercial offerings whilst running parallel implementations augmenting our customers existing operating model as a new product / solution transitions from a pre-production to a production state.
