IOSS have supplied services to a number of service providers where the engagements have typically been based around the deployment and implementation of OSS strategies, solutions and tools to monitor and manage both internal and end customer network infrastructures.

Through these terms of engagement we have assisted our customers to implement a number of functional capabilities such as, Fault Management, Performance management and Network Monitoring based around a COTS model using products from HP,CA, IBM and InfoVista.
